Budget Summary

Think about the last two classes. What did you learn about budgeting money? Why might this information be important? Have you ever learned about this from someone at home?

  1. Budgeting money takes time and it's not that to learn you have. It's important because it helps you plan out your money and keep track of spendings,and saving. I didn't pay that much attention to it because my mother is the one that takes care of that.

  2. I learned that using a budget can save you some money. It could be useful if your a big spender. Ive learned about budgeting while i was living up in washington.

  3. I learned that budgeting money is a good thing to do with your money because it is a good way to manage money. This info could be important when you get older and you need a way to manage your money. Nobody at my house has taught me about budgeting because nobody does it.

  5. I learned how far a certain amount of money would go, in relation to an individuals expenses. This would be important when learning how to live off of a salary, and what type of job you would want when considering your expenses. At my house, my mom is always telling me to budget, so I have had experience doing it.

  6. i have learned about decimals. budgeting is important because it shows you where you spend your money and how much money you have left after bills. i have learned a few things from my parents already.

  7. The past couple of classes i have been learning abut budgeting. Practically i have been learning stuff that i already know which is decimals. I know its important especially since i don't know much about it. but other then this the only other person at home that does the main budgeting stuff is my dad but i don't ever ask about this.

  8. I learned that you can still budget even if you don't have that much money. I learned from my parents that if you don't be smart with your money, then you won't have any.

  9. i wasn't here for the last 2 classes about info bout budgeting but im sure u have a budget so u can pay bills u need and not have no money to use on other things u want instead of just bills

  10. I learned that budgets are a helpful and necessary if painful part of life. The information will help me live a happy life with money to spare. I have only learned a bit about the process of budgeting at home, but then again we haven't talked about that either. Yet....

  11. i learned that there are many ways to budget your money, and about decimals and percents. this information will help me save money for future events and trips. i learned a little about budgeting from my sister but i know that she isnt very good at budgeting money so i didnt really listen to her. but other than that nope:)

  12. Budgets are really ccool. they help you so you dont spend too much money. i hope this information will help me through life. i talk to my mom about this stuff every once in a while. she said she will help me out if i am ever in money trouble.

  13. I learned that no matter how much you make, you should always budget. I have learned from my parent about saving money for a rainy day or to put X amount of $ per month and on intrest, by the age of 65, i will be a MILLIONAIRE =O

  14. I learned that budgeting money is important because it teaches how to save and how to manage our money so we dont over spend and so we have enough to pay what needs to be paid and maybe have left over spending money. I have not learned this from someone at home.

  15. I learned that everyone, rich or poor, can benefit from budgeting their money. This would be important for my future when I become a millionaire and feel like blowing my money on meaningless stuff; I'll remember this class and what I learned. My parents haven't really talked to me about budgeting. They just tell me not to spend my money on things I don't really need.

  16. What I learned about budgeting this last couple of classes is there are a many ways you can be smart about how to budget your money and everyone should budget no matter if you are rich. It is important because then you don't have to worry coming up short on money. I really never asked my parents if they could teach me. However, I find it worth well knowing.

  17. I found out that budgeting money is really important. It might be important because, what happens when Mr. Costello goes broke. he'll need to budget his money. I really haven't learned to much from my mom about budgeting. I don't ask her about money because I make my own money.

  18. I learned how to make sure you have enough for bills and savings then spend what is left over. This is important so that you will not be in debt and learn how to manages your money. My mom is an accountant so i already know most of the stuff about budgeting

  19. i learned that budgeting money is important for everyone. budgeting is important so that money is spent wisely and you dont end up wondering at the end of the month were did all the money go? i never really learned any of this at home except watching my parents sometimes.

  20. I learned that budgeting money is important because it can be really helpful, and you can make better decisions spending money. You would know how to save money for things you need to be getting paid, and thats important. I've never heard how to do budgeting, but at home I've heard them talk about it.

  22. Throughout the past two previous classes, I've learned that it's important to budget your money because you don't want to end up wasting all of it on things that aren't as important. It's a smarter idea to save the money that you earn, then spend it later, rather than spend it then save the leftovers. You don't want to regret the decisions that you've made having to do with your money, in the future, so it'd be a great decision to start budgeting in the very beginning. I occasionally learn about these things from my mom at home, but I should still pay close attention about the given permission during class.

  23. What I have learned about budgeting money is that it is extremlly important to you financial future. It's important because it will help me and others in the future so that we don't come to a point where we don't have money to take care of something that is a neccesity. I have always been pretty good with budgeting my money because I have to buy most stuff by myself so I have to be careful and budget so that I will have money for things that I need.
